Limited Warranty: Rock Removal Technologies Inc. does not give any warranty on its products except as follows: Rock Removal Technologies Inc. warrants to original equipment manufacturers, distributors, industrial and commercial users of its products that each new product supplied by Rock Removal Technologies Inc. shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Rock Removal Technologies Inc. sole obligation under this warranty is limited to furnishing, without additional charge, a replacement for, or at its option, repairing or issuing credit for any such product which shall within one year from the date of sale by Rock Removal Technologies Inc. be returned freight prepaid to Rock Removal Technologies Inc. and which upon inspection is determined by Rock Removal Technologies Inc. to be defective in materials or workmanship. The provisions of this warranty shall not apply to any product which has been subjected to misuse; improper operating conditions, improper application, setup or tools & products which have been repaired or altered.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Rock Removal Technologies Inc. shall have no liability or responsibility on any claim of any kind, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for any loss or damage arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the manufacture, sale, delivery or use of any product sold hereunder, in excess of the cost of replacement or repair provided herein. IN NO EVENT SHALL ROCK REMOVAL TECHNOLOGIES INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Rock Removal Technologies Inc. makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, except the warranty against defects in material and workmanship set forth above; and Rock Removal Technologies Inc. neither assumes nor authorizes any other person or entity to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with any of its products.

Sales Tax.

Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes or for providing a valid sales tax exemption certificate. Applicable New York State sales tax will be calculated accordingly and collected for sales transactions in the State of New York.

Payment Terms.

Rock Removal Technologies Inc. accepts cash, checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All payments must be in U.S. dollars.

Product Suitability.

Many states and localities have codes and regulations governing sales, construction, installation, and/or use of products for certain purposes, which may vary from those in neighboring areas. While Rock Removal Technologies Inc. attempts to assure that its products comply with such codes, it cannot guarantee compliance, and cannot be responsible for how the product is used. Before purchase and use of a product, please review the product application, and national and local codes and regulations, to be sure that the product and use will comply with them.

Return Policy
Rock Removal Technologies Inc. encourages customers to use caution when placing an order, as once placed the order can not be cancelled, nor the item returned or exchanged unless the product or products are deemed to be defective in quality or workmanship. Refunds will NOT be granted for used, marked or opened items. ALL RETURNS SHALLL BE SHIPPED AND INSURED TO ROCK REMOVAL TECHNOLOGIES INC AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE. Tool cartridges are not returnable.

In order to obtain a refund or exchange items, prior approval must be given by Rock Removal Technologies Inc. Please call 1-914-393-2457 for reporting defective products and instructions will be provided. (8AM-5PM, East Coast Standard Time, Monday through Friday).

Rock Removal Technologies Inc. will consider returns of unused and unopened products within 10 days of purchase. All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards, other accessories, and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Returns not meeting this standard will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

Refunds are for the cost of the product only. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and all returns are subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee.

Credit Processing
Processing of the credit will occur 3-6 weeks of our receiving the return and credit will be issued by the same method of original payment. Please note that due to credit card provider processing, credits may not appear on the credit card for an additional 7-10 days.
